We are actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, fully remote position serving elementary-aged students in the Tucson, Arizona area. Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing therapy services in a virtual environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Job Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students through a virtual platform
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete required documentation and progress reporting
- Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and special education teams
- Work directly alongside a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support student success
- Attend virtual meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
