Remote Occupational Therapist in IA
A fully remote opportunity is available for an occupational therapist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This contract role focuses on providing essential OT support to students through virtual platforms, enabling accessible and effective therapy from any location.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services via telehealth to school-aged children
- Utilizing the virtual platform for assessments, progress monitoring, and interactive learning
- Collaborating with educators and families remotely to support student goals

- Accessing clinical and technical support teams to enhance service delivery
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
- Experience providing telehealth OT services, preferably in an educational environment
- Strong communication skills to engage students, families, and school staff virtually
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and technology used for teletherapy sessions
- Ability to conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans remotely
Location: Position is based in Waverly, IA, but is 100% remote.
