Occupational Therapist School Setting in Thorndale, PA

Two full-time positions are available—one focused on elementary-aged students and another supporting high schoolers. Essential Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy (elementary or high school populations)
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, parents, and students
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
- Passion for fostering student independence and promoting functional skills in educational environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within a school setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Provide guidance to teachers and families on strategies for student participation and progress
- Support transition planning and life skills for high school students, or foundational skill development for elementary learners
