Qualifications / Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist—required (COTA or PTA not accepted for this position)
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 68 students with diverse needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students’ educational success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person occupational therapy services to students in elementary schools
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student goals
- Complete documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to school-based initiatives
