ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Valley Center, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative district-wide role with support from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) while making a meaningful impact on students across the district.

Job Details:
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Location: Valley Center, CA
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Full-Time
- 37.5–40 hours per week
- Onsite, district-wide position
- Approximately 50-student caseload
- Dedicated support from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
- Pay rate: $45-55/ hour
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and school-based service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills when working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
