Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ unique needs and strengths
- Develop tailored treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Recommend accommodations, modifications, and adaptive equipment as appropriate
- Promote students’ independence and participation in daily school activities
