Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in California
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to elementary-aged students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess students’ skills, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions designed to support educational goals
- Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to promote optimal student outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Consult and educate school staff and families regarding strategies and adaptations to enhance student participation
