Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure

- Reliable, flexible, and compassionate approach to supporting students with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Manage OT services for a high-needs caseload, providing targeted interventions in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student goals and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom adaptations
- Attend ongoing safety care training to ensure best practices in supporting students
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture
