- Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
- Passion for helping young children achieve developmental, sensory, and functional goals

In this role, you will:
- Plan and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during both initial and re-evaluation stages
- Interpret assessment data and communicate findings with IEP teams to support informed decision-making
- Develop, revise, and monitor progress on IEP goals, adjusting plans to support optimal outcomes
- Collaborate routinely with other professionals, as well as parents and caregivers, to maximize student growth
- Document all services, progress, and assessment results accurately and efficiently
