Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a school-based environment highly desired
- Familiarity with IEP development and data-driven interventions
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as specified in IEPs and 504 plans
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with general and special education teams to maximize student participation and success in school routines
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engage families and caregivers to support carryover of skills beyond the classroom
