What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT licensure in South Carolina (or eligibility in process)
- Open to recent graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs)—mentorship available
- Background in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites, with likely placement at one to two elementary locations
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
- Develop and execute IEP-based interventions in collaboration with school teams
- Track progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy services
- Engage with teachers and families to support successful student outcomes
- Contribute to a positive school environment through teamwork and professional collaboration
