Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license
- State licensure/certification as needed for school settings
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric environments strongly preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide targeted therapy for students facing physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing student needs
- Deliver both direct and consultative occupational therapy services within the school environment
- Monitor, document, and report on progress while modifying interventions as needed
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource, offering training and support to school personnel to help create inclusive learning environments
