Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina Occupational Therapy license
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in compliance with IEP or 504 requirements
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classrooms or other school-based environments
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation
- Educate and collaborate with staff and parents to optimize student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ fine/gross motor, sensory, and self-care skill development
