- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

- Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Knowledge of IEPs, 504 plans, and special education documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans
- Assess students’ fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and self-care abilities within the school setting
- Develop and implement effective therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain thorough records of assessments, progress notes, and communications in compliance with regulations
