This full-time opening is for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year and involves serving a diverse K-12 caseload across two impactful settings—a Montessori school and a high school. With a 37.5-hour work week, you’ll be able to make meaningful connections and provide essential support for students across different grade levels.
What We’re Seeking:
- Current OT license required for Indiana.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with educators, students, and families.
- Strong communication, flexibility, and organization skills.
- COTA experience or background working in educational environments is a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver occupational therapy services that support student success and participation in educational activities.
- Assess and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
- Work with a varied caseload across both a Montessori and a high school campus.
- Conduct evaluations and communicate recommendations to educational staff and families.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Travel between two school locations during the week as needed.
