- Experience in school-based OT settings is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with a diverse caseload, including a variety of ages and disability categories
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Commitment to supporting the educational and developmental goals of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide direct OT services to a caseload of 50-65 students
- Work with students individually and in groups to enhance fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal standards
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate occupational therapy strategies into daily activities
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help formulate student-centered goals
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
