- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet student needs and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges related to occupational performance in the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on helping students succeed academically and functionally
- Support students in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive behavior
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings and serve as a valuable resource to staff and families
- Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable outcomes
- Educate teachers and parents on strategies for integrating therapy recommendations within the classroom and at home
