School Occupational Therapist - Wilmington, Delaware

Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Previous experience in school-based pediatric or adolescent OT
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage moderate caseloads across elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Reliable and organized, with a positive, flexible approach to varying needs
- Must cover the cost of $85 CBC fingerprinting and confirm awareness/agreement before placement
- Only licensed OTs will be considered (COTAs not eligible for this assignment)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite
- Assess, develop, and implement therapy goals to support students’ IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families
- Maintain progress records and provide input for planning meetings
- Work across 1-2 assigned campuses, depending on position (elementary, split assignments, or middle/high school)
- Fulfill a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
