Qualifications:
- Active Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in school-based OT (elementary, middle, and/or high school preferred)
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and work with students with various needs
- Must cover $85 CBC fingerprinting fee and provide confirmation
- Resumes are required with application
- Not open to COTA candidates, as supervision is unavailable
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across assigned schools
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
- Document progress and participate in team meetings
