Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional physical development and self-regulation skills to inform intervention strategies and help them flourish within the school environment.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring each student receives the support they require for successful learning and growth.
- Address and remove environmental barriers to access, providing recommendations that create inclusive, universally accessible educational spaces.
- Participate in IEP meetings, share professional expertise, and document progress and outcomes according to district guidelines.
Ideal Background:
- Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Licensure is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience in school settings preferred, particularly with elementary-aged students.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills are essential.
In this position, you’ll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 35–37.5 hours each week.
