Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon (OTR/L).
  • Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric environment (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and legal compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for working with children and ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
  • Ability to manage a caseload across K-12 and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assessments and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans supportive of each student’s educational goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and contributing to team decisions.
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and staff to deliver strategies that enhance student participation.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Provide consultative support for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment.
