School Occupational Therapist | Worcester, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience
- Solid knowledge of IEPs, OT assessments, and intervention planning
- Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
- Creative, flexible approach to problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services for K-8 students in small groups and one-on-one settings
- Complete timely assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt strategies and materials
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Support student participation in daily routines and academic activities
