Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure
- Proven experience in pediatric or school-based Occupational Therapy
- Strong collaborative skills, able to partner with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-8 age groups
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement IEP-driven interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams
- Educate school staff and families about interventions, progress, and best practices
