Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group OT services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEP processes
- Collaborate with teaching staff and special education teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
- Travel between assigned schools, managing a consistent schedule for up to 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year
