Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (or higher) from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Previous hospital therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varied patient populations and hospital protocols
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR/L
- Assist patients in improving functional abilities for daily living
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care planning and offer input on therapeutic interventions
- Adhere to facility and regulatory standards to ensure quality care
