Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Proven experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to a varied caseload and evolving workflow needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans for both inpatient and outpatient clients
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
- Conduct periodic re-evaluations and adjust therapy plans to maximize patient progress
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals, at-home exercises, and adaptive strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Participate in weekend rotations as required by the variable schedule
