Experience: Schools preferred but not required

We're hiring school-based OTs in and near San Marcos, CA!
Join our supportive team working with elementary-aged students in need of fine motor, sensory, and daily living support.
What you'll do:
Evaluate and treat elementary students
Develop and update IEPs
Collaborate with teachers and families
Complete documentation
What you need:
Active or eligible California OT license
Schools experience a plus (new grads welcome)
Good communication and teamwork skills
What we offer:
$85k–$110k+ for full-time
Health, dental, vision (full-time)

Location:
San Marcos, CA – close to beaches, hiking trails, and San Diego. Great weather year-round.
