Key Qualifications:
- Hold and maintain an active Pennsylvania OT or COTA license
- School-based and/or healthcare experience working with preschool-aged children desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement individualized therapy interventions, adapting to various needs
- Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in classroom activities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to preschool students (ages 3-5) in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess student performance and tailor strategies to promote fine and gross motor skill development
- Document progress and participate in team meetings to support student success
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic recommendations into the educational setting
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all school district and state regulations
- Work consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours weekly
