- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Work 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days, within a collaborative school team
- Provide occupational therapy support services to preschool-aged children, implementing treatment plans developed by OTs
- Monitor, document, and report student progress to support IEP goals and overall development
- Assist with adapting activities and environments for easier student access and engagement
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with other school professionals
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment that encourages students’ independence and self-confidence
