Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA license valid in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-based therapy (preferred)
- Understanding of school OT principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with educators, families, and other clinicians
- Adaptable and comfortable working in multiple locations with diverse student populations
- Effective organizational and time management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Support goal-setting and therapy plan implementation tailored to individual students’ IEPs
- Assist with evaluation, direct intervention, and progress monitoring
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and communicate observations to the wider educational and therapy teams
- Travel between school sites within Bethlehem, Allentown, and surrounding areas as scheduled
