Play a key part in nurturing children’s growth and helping them achieve developmental milestones throughout the academic year. Start the year with a caseload of approximately 30 students, gradually increasing to around 50 by year’s end. You’ll have the support and resources you need to make a real impact in a collaborative, child-focused setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Active COTA license or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Experience supporting children in preschools, elementary, or similar educational settings
- Understanding of IEP documentation and school-based therapy practices
- Ability to adapt and individualize interventions for diverse learning needs
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to enhance students’ participation and independence
- Assist in carrying out IEP goals and documenting progress
- Consult and communicate with educational staff and parents on student needs
- Support transitions between activities and classroom routines
