Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with the specific needs of preschool and early childhood populations.
- Ability to adapt strategies for a growing and diverse caseload (starting near 30 and increasing to approximately 50 students).
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy support under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
- Facilitate interventions to promote students’ participation in school-based activities and routines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, IEP planning, and parent communications.
- Travel between assigned preschool and childcare settings as needed.
