Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality therapy sessions in accordance with student IEPs
- Support students in achieving individualized goals addressing fine motor skills, sensory needs, and daily living skills
- Accurately document progress, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
- Adapt activities and materials to promote student engagement and learning
- Provide guidance and education to staff and parents as needed
