Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
- Confident delivering therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate positively with educators, families, and other service providers
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and education teams to implement treatment plans
- Document student progress in compliance with school and agency policies
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Attend required team meetings and communicate regularly with staff and families
