Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Active COTA license required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students K–12 under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students’ functional independence and participation in the school environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere
