Key Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations and supporting individualized education goals
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, tailored to students’ IEPs
- Assist with assessments and data collection, reporting progress and observations
- Collaborate with teachers and faculty to adapt classroom activities and materials for student needs
- Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment to encourage student participation and growth
