Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Westfield, MA

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current COTA licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience working with school-aged children, Pre-K–12th preferred
- Ability to float between multiple school sites as needed
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting student development and inclusion
- Flexibility with caseloads and schedules
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students per IEP goals within Pre-K–12 settings
- Travel between assigned sites each week to support various school teams
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Document progress and prepare reports in alignment with district practices
- Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs across settings
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
