Essential Duties
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
- Implement individualized treatment plans and student goals
- Assist students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Maintain therapy documentation and progress records
- Collaborate with educational and therapy teams
- Participate in paid team meetings and administrative duties
Requirements
- Active Missouri COTA credential/licensure
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and district onboarding requirements
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
