Qualifications and Experience:
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain

• Ability to support Occupational Therapists with individualized plans and therapy activities
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement intervention strategies to address students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs within the school setting
• Support and document students’ progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Collaborate with educators, family members, and other professionals to create optimal learning environments
• Adapt equipment or classroom materials to promote independence and classroom participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student planning when appropriate
