Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Wisconsin
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and instructional settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document students’ progress towards their therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop interventions and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and thorough records as required by school and district guidelines
