What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide hands-on support for students across K-12th grade, directly impacting their academic and personal success. Responsibilities include:
Key Qualifications:
- Current OT license (or eligibility) for Washington state
- Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for different ages and abilities
- Commitment to supporting students’ individual plans and goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services within school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
