Qualifications:
- Valid ESA and Washington OT license
- Must have completed fingerprinting through OSPI
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of 32 elementary students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person occupational therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEP-driven interventions and supports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
