School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Lowell, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts SLPA license or applicable state credential
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication, flexibility, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative elementary school setting
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy support to K-5 students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy activities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success
- Adapt to varying school environments within multiple elementary buildings
- Ensure compliance with district and state regulations
This contract position offers a standard full-time schedule of 35 hours per week for the duration of the assignment, allowing you to build lasting connections while maintaining work-life balance.
