School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Lynn, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active COTA license required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy sessions and schedule to meet the needs of multiple school locations
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners with individualized interventions
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services as directed by supervising occupational therapists and in accordance with IEPs
- Document sessions, progress, and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and staff training as needed
- Collaborate with special education teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Adjust intervention plans based on ongoing assessment and input from the interdisciplinary team
