Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active COTA license in California, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience providing occupational therapy services to pediatric or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Adaptability and problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an OTR/L
- Work one-on-one and in group settings with students to help improve daily living and academic-related skills
- Collect and track data to monitor student progress, participating in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and other service providers
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with applicable regulations and district standards
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that empowers students to reach their highest potential
