Key Qualifications:
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license

- Familiarity with schools-based occupational therapy practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement IEP goals and provide progress documentation
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct occupational therapy treatment to students based on prescribed plans
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and school staff to address students’ needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist in developing strategies and adaptive techniques for classroom activities
- Support inclusive educational practices and adapt materials as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and IEP discussions
