Position Overview
We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time positions will support elementary school students across multiple campuses, working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students as directed by the supervising OT
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Ability to work onsite in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
