What You'll Bring:
- Current COTA licensure and credentials
- Previous experience or comfort working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs, especially in a middle and high school environment
- Enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team and supporting remote OT schedules
Your Role Includes:
- Providing in-person direct therapy for students, aligned with their IEP goals
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with VOCO OTs and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Supporting student participation, engagement, and access in educational settings
- Documenting interventions and progress in accordance with school district requirements
- Advocating for student needs and fostering positive outcomes within a school environment
