Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid Pennsylvania COTA license (non-negotiable)
- Active NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Demonstrated experience supporting students, preferably in schools or special education settings
- Flexibility to work in both Carbon and Lehigh Counties as assigned
- Availability during standard school-day schedules
- Comfort in providing services to children with a range of disabilities
- Must participate in an in-person interview process
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy support and interventions to students as prescribed by IEPs and program needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain timely records as required by the school and regulatory guidelines
