What you'll need to succeed:
- Valid COTA license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and dynamic caseloads
- Reliable organizational and documentation abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Supporting students with a variety of needs to achieve participation in school activities
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to carry out intervention plans
- Assisting with assessments and progress monitoring for students on your caseload (to be determined)
- Maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely documentation per school and legal standards
